Submission Guidelines 
 
  Author Instructions (Submissions/Camera Ready)
 
  Authors
 are invited to submit full papers for 
presentation at the conference, describing original, previously 
unpublished work, not currently under review by another conference, 
workshop, or journal.
  
  Papers should 
present novel perspectives within the scope of the conference.
 
 
  
  A
 best paper will be selected based on the quality of research and 
results, as well as on the quality of presentation by the author.
 
  Paper Formatting and Submission Instructions
 
  Papers must be submitted electronically in PDF and DOC/Latex format. Authors should upload a .pdf version of the article AND a zip file
 containing the .doc/.docx version of the paper or all the related Latex
 files. Standard IEEE conference templates for different formats are as 
follows:
  
   
   In
 order to submit your manuscript, you have to first register to the 
conference website via the login section in the conference main page and
 upload the required documents. Note that authors must suggest their 
preferred track for their paper at the time of submission. The 
conference chairs, however, reserve the right to switch papers between 
tracks if they deem them a better fit for another track.

  (1)
 Authors are expected to attend the conference in person to present 
their papers and share their ideas. The congress reserves the right to 
exclude a paper from its proceedings, if the paper is not presented by 
the author at the conference.
  
  (2)
 The technical committee reserves the right to switch accepted papers 
between CSIEC and CFIS if it deems the paper to be a better fit to that 
conference.
  
  (3)
 Also, an initial paper submission fee of 500,000 Rials is required at 
the time of the paper submission. This payment is deducted from the 
final registration fee if the paper is accepted; otherwise, the payment 
amount is forfeited. Please note that the initial paper submission fee 
is waived for international authors.

  (5)The best papers of the conference will be recognized at the awards 
ceremony. There will also be a special award for best paper on “AI for 
Good.”

  have offered expedited reviews for publishing the extended versions of
selected papers at the congress. The recommendation of the congress technical
committee will count as one favorable review.
  (7) The page limit for a full-length
paper is 6 pages. Additional pages will incur overlength charges at €20
(500,000 Rials)/page. This additional fee along with registration fee must be paid when paper was accepted.
